Tim Withers currently serves as a Senior Vice President and Compliance Officer in the GreatBanc Compliance Group. He specializes in legal and regulatory compliance related to ESOP transactions.
Prior to joining GreatBanc in 2021, Mr. Withers was a private practice attorney for almost 20 years. Since 2018, Mr. Withers has specialized in ESOP matters. He has held an Associate Faculty position at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis’ School of Public and Environmental Affairs for more than 20 years.
Mr. Withers holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from Valparaiso University School of Law, a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Policy Analysis from Indiana University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from Purdue University. He is an active member of The ESOP Association (TEA) and the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO).
