Mr. Withers currently serves as Vice President in the Employee Stock Ownership (ESOP) Client Services group, participating in compliance and administration activities as well as managing client relationships. In addition, for over twenty years, Mr. Withers has held an Associate Faculty position at IUPUI’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
Prior to joining GreatBanc in 2021, Mr. Withers was a private practice attorney for almost20 years, with a broad property law practice. He left private practice in 2018to begin his ESOP career at Horizon Trust & Investment Management, serving as Vice President and ESOP Relationship Management.
Mr. Withers holds a juris doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law, a master of public administration degree in Policy Analysis from Indiana University, and a bachelor of science degree in Economics from Purdue University. He is an active member of the ESOP Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership.
