Stephen Corcoran serves as a Senior Vice President on GreatBanc's ESOP Client Services Team, which specializes in the ongoing management of employee stock ownership plans.
Mr. Corcoran joined GreatBanc Trust Company in 2017. He has been working in employee benefits for nearly three decades, having served in several employee benefits leadership and consulting roles throughout his career. Mr. Corcoran has also planned and supervised benefit plan audits and served as a subject matter expert in laws and regulations related to ERISA.
Mr. Corcoran graduated with high honors from The John Marshall Law School, where he earned a Master of Science (MS) in employee benefits law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in political sciences from Purdue University. Mr. Corcoran has served as editor and and as a contributing writer for Tax Law and Employee Benefits In-Brief. He earned his Certified Retirement Services Professional (CRSP) designation from the American Bankers Association (ABA).
