Robert Owca serves as Assistant Vice President on the GreatBanc Client Services Team, focused on the administration of ESOP plans and transactions. He has spent his entire career in the trust and retirement plan industry, bringing more than a decade of experience to his role.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Owca served as a Trust Administrator, specializing in the operational aspects of trust administration including payments, distributions, and documentation. This hands-on experience and behind-the-scenes insight allows him to help his clients and their participants get the most out of their plan.

“The guidance aspect of my role is one of the things I enjoy most. I get immense satisfaction from helping new employee-owners understand their new impact responsibilities. It is fulfilling to work with so many organizations that are committed to the long-term wellbeing of their staff and their families.

Mr. Owca is an active member of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) and The ESOP Association (TEA), where he is a former member of the Finance Committee. Mr. Owca holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Financial Accounting from Illinois State University.
