Robert Owca currently serves as an Assistant Vice President in GreatBanc's Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) Client Services group, specializing in the administration of ESOPs.
Mr. Owca joined GreatBanc Trust Company in 2011, where he began his career in financial services. He is a member of the ESOP Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership. He is also a member of the ESOP Emerging Leaders.
Mr. Owca earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in financial accounting from Illinois State University. His academic experience included business system analysis that compared current business processes to those that were proposed to improve problematic areas.
