Rob Borowy serves as GreatBanc's Senior Vice President of Client Services. He leads GreatBanc's Client Services Team, which is focused on managing client relationships and ESOP transactions.
Prior to joining GreatBanc Trust Company in 2019, Mr. Borowy served as Vice President of ESOP Trustee Services & Administration for Lubbock National Bank. He has more than 30 years of experience in ESOPs and retirement plan services. Before his career in the finance industry, Mr. Borowy served 5 years as a Minuteman III ICBM Missile Launch Officer in the United States Air Force.

Growing up, Rob's father was also in the Air Force, which meant he moved around quite a bit. From Texas to Virginia and Japan to Germany, he's called many places home.
Mr. Borowy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Texas Christian University. He is a graduate of Texas Bankers Association Texas Trust School I & II. Mr. Borowy is an active member of The ESOP Association (TEA) and the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO).
