Mitchell Miller is a Vice President at GreatBanc Trust Company where he serves on the Client Services team.  He also provides assistance with ERISA compliance.  He previously worked as a senior consultant at the Beyster Institute assisting businesses in planning and implementing ESOP transactions. Mr. Miller has significant experience working with ESOP companies on issues in corporate governance, equity compensation, executive compensation, and ESOP benefit level analysis.  He also lectured at UC San Diego’s MBA program on techniques in equity compensation.  

Mr. Miller began his career in commercial litigation, focusing on issues including contract disputes, minority shareholder rights, and professional fiduciary liability.  He is a member of good standing at the California Bar Association.  He is also a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership and The ESOP Association, and regularly speaks at national and regional conferences.  

Mr. Miller received his bachelor of arts and sciences degree with honors from University College Maastricht in the Netherlands, and his J.D. from California Western School of Law in San Diego.
