Heather Sendag serves as Risk Manager for GreatBanc Trust Company. Joining the organization in 2017, Ms. Sendag also serves as Bank Secrecy Act Officer and Information Security Program Administrator. Ms. Sendag’s past experience included the role of Senior Engagement Manager for Crowe Horwath, LLP, where she began her career in 2001. Throughout her career, she has focused on auditing for trust companies, and has served as a subject matter expert for trust administration and operations.
Ms. Sendag earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in accounting from North Central College. She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and attained the designation of Certified Fiduciary and Investment Risk Specialist (CFIRS) from Cannon Financial Institute.
