Gary Greenwald currently serves as a Senior Vice President and Fiduciary Analyst on the GreatBanc compliance team, reviewing legal and compliance matters relating to ESOP transactions.

Mr. Greenwald joined GreatBanc in 2017. Previously, he was a founder and partner at several highly-regarded  law firms in Ohio and Arizona, where he led litigation efforts on many significant ESOP cases. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and former member of the State Bar of Arizona; he is admitted in 10+ U.S. District Courts.

Mr. Greenwald holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from Ohio State College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from the University of Miami, Ohio. He is a Member Representative of the National Center of Employee Ownership (NCEO), where he was active participant and presenter for 15+ years. Mr. Greenwald has been a Member Representative of The ESOP Association (TEA) in Ohio/Kentucky, Western States Conferences, and the Ohio Employee Ownership Council, where he presented at conferences for many years. Mr. Greenwald is also an adjunct professor at the Ohio State College of Law.
