Bucky Wright currently serves as Senior Vice President in the Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) Client Services group, managing the finance area of valuation, fairness and consideration opinions for custom engagements related to ESOPs and other fiduciary trusteeships.
Mr. Wright joined GreatBanc Trust Company in 2016. Prior to joining GreatBanc, Mr. Wright served Bankers Trust Company ESOP Services as an expert in valuation opinions, fairness opinions and ESOP transaction feasibility studies. With 15 years of experience in financial consulting, Mr. Wright also has structured and negotiated complex ESOP transactions.
Mr. Wright earned a bachelor of business administration in finance from the University of Georgia, and a master of business administration from Kennesaw State University. Mr. Wright is actively engaged with the ESOP industry in speaking engagements and written publications. He is a member of the ESOP Association and its Valuation Advisory Committee, and is also a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership.
