Arlene Westbrook currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of GreatBanc Trust Company. She oversees all aspects of client service administration and trust company operations.
Ms. Westbrook joined GreatBanc in 2007, and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2013. Prior to joining GreatBanc, she had served institutional clients for over 25 years in capacities that included Benefits Delivery Manager for Hewitt Associates, Director of Benefits for Chicago Mercantile Exchange and Employee Benefits Trust Officer for Cole Taylor Bank.
Ms. Westbrook received a bachelor of business administration from Loyola University and a master of business administration from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. She is a member of the ESOP Association, its Administration Advisory Committee and is a speaker at its conferences. Ms. Westbrook is also a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership.
