Anne Umlauf currently serves as Senior Vice President in the Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) Client Services group, specializing in the administration of ESOPs.
Ms. Umlauf joined GreatBanc Trust Company in 2006. Beginning in 1984, when 401(k) plans were first being widely developed, Ms. Umlauf’s career includes decades of experience in institutional trust services. Her focus on ESOP administration began at Cole Taylor Bank and continued at North Star Trust Company. Ms. Umlauf also worked in the ESOP services group at LaSalle Bank N.A.
Ms. Umlauf received a bachelor of science in business administration from Michigan State University and a master of business administration from the University of Detroit. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner or CFP® practitioner. Ms. Umlauf also served as secretary on a private school board.
