Linda Jelinek currently serves as Chief Risk Officer, Director of Human Resources, Assistant Secretary and Senior Vice President for GreatBanc Trust Company. Ms. Jelinek joined the organization in 2005. Her human resources career began in 1987 and, since that time, Ms. Jelinek has gained expertise in areas of management including performance planning and development, recruiting and employee relations, compensation and benefits, human resources information reporting and compliance.
Ms. Jelinek earned a bachelor of arts in business management from North Central College. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, and has been a speaker for Lorman Education Services.
In addition to her roles at GreatBanc, Ms. Jelinek also serves as Secretary for U.S. Fiduciary Services, Inc., the holding company of GreatBanc Trust and its affiliate company.
