Mr. Kolb serves as Senior Vice President on the GreatBanc Client Services team, focused on managing client relationships and ESOP transactions. He has been working in the ESOP industry for more than 20 years.
Before joining GreatBanc in 2006, the Chicago native served as a trust officer with the ESOP Trustee Services of LaSalle Bank, N.A. Mr. Kolb’s extensive experience in the negotiation and structuring of ESOP purchases combined with his legal and civil litigation experience make him an invaluable asset on the GreatBanc team. He has acted as the trustee representative in more than 100 ESOP transactions.

When he isn’t in the office or spending time with his family, you’ll likely find Kevin exercising or getting his baseball fix. The fitness enthusiast has participated in local baseball leagues in the Chicagoland area for more than 25 years. He loves following Major League Baseball and rooting for his Chicago White Sox.
Mr. Kolb holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws in Employee Benefits from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Indiana. He is a frequent speaker at a variety of NCEO and ESOP Association conferences and is an active member of both organizations.
