Ms. Woolsey is a Senior Vice President and member of the GreatBanc Client Services group. As a Client Service Officer, she works closely with her clients’ management teams, helping them navigate the ESOP transaction process and providing ongoing strategic guidance and support post transaction.

Though she was born in New York City, Tracy and her family have always called the Chicago-Northwest Indiana area home. They are all incredibly close—so close, in fact, that they all live within a half mile of one another.

This passion for community extends to Ms. Woolsey’s professional life as well. A 25+ year veteran and leader in the industry, you’ll often find her at events, networking and sharing her knowledge with others. Ms. Woolsey specializes in culture and fiduciary topics, having presented more than 100 times at various national and regional ESOP conferences. “There are so many things I love about working in ESOPs, but by far the best is seeing the life-changing impact on participants. The relationships and trust built in this role are also incredibly gratifying. It’s humbling when management reaches out to me as a trusted advisor for help beyond the ESOP.”

Ms. Woolsey is a Past President of the Indiana Chapter of the ESOP Association, a former member of the ESOP Association Culture Committee, and past chair and current member of the ESOP Association Fiduciary Committee. She has published multiple articles for the ESOP Association, the National Center for Employee Ownership, and the American Bankers Association.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Purdue University.
