Mr. Storjohann serves as Senior Vice President on the GreatBanc Client Services team, focused on managing client relationships and ESOP transactions. He has spent his entire career in the retirement plan and ESOP industry, giving him more than 35 years of experience across multiple facets of the business.

Prior to joining GreatBanc Trust Company in 2016, Mr. Storjohann served in a variety of roles including customer service, administration, sales, and management. This diverse background gives him a uniquely well-rounded perspective when it comes to ESOP transactions and ongoing support.

Scot was born and raised near Gladbrook, Iowa, a town with a population just shy of 800 people. He loves to travel. Scot has visited all 50 states and enjoys taking trips to the Caribbean and other warm places—a welcome reprieve from the frigid winters of his home just outside Des Moines, Iowa.

Mr. Storjohann is the immediate past president of the Iowa/Nebraska Chapter of the ESOP Association. He is also a member of The ESOP Association’s Fiduciary Advisory Committee and serves as a trustee for the Employee Ownership Foundation. He is an active member of the National Center for Employee Ownership. Mr. Storjohann holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Central College. He regularly presents on ESOP topics and corporate governance at various local, regional, and national ESOP events.
