Rita Newell currently serves the Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) Client Services group as a Compliance Assistant to the General Counsel, Julie Govreau. She coordinates the documentation for the Fiduciary Compliance Team as it serves the ESOP clients.
Ms. Newell joined GreatBanc in 2017. Beginning her professional legal career in 1989, Ms. Newell’s previous experience includes 11 years as Legal Secretary and Desktop Publisher for KMZ Rosenman, and 12 years as Executive Legal Assistant for Morgan Lewis and Harrison and Held, LLP.
Ms. Newell earned a diploma from the Taylor Business Institute, and certificates in computer software from New Horizons Computer Learning Center. Ms. Newell is also the President of Lord and Elegance Ministries, Inc., which is a ministry of love, healing and restoration with a special focus on outreach to the needs of women of her community.
