Lynn Archer serves as Senior Vice President and Relationship & Transaction Specialist in the GreatBanc Client Services group, focused on managing client relationships and ESOP transactions.
Prior to joining GreatBanc in 2018, Ms. Archer was Of Counsel for the ESOP group at Lathrop Gage LLP. She also served as Director of ESOP Consulting for the Principal Financial Group, and as Partner for Barnes & Thornburg LLP.
Ms. Archer is a member of The ESOP Association (TEA) and its Administration Advisory Committee, as well as an Executive Committee member for TEA’s Northwest Chapter. Ms. Archer speaks at various ESOP Association events and reviews articles for its publication. She is also a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO).
Ms. Archer earned her Juris Doctor (JD) and Tax Certificate from Lewis & Clark Law School. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Carleton College.
