Our history: GreatBanc Trust was incorporated in 1989 as a full service trust company. Owned by its employees since 1999, GreatBanc Trust became a subsidiary of U.S. Fiduciary Services, Inc., also an employee-owned company, in 2004. Together with its affiliates, Salem Trust Company and Pennant Management, Inc., GreatBanc Trust supervises more than $20 billion in client assets. While maintaining its special focus, each affiliate is also fully incorporated in the day-to-day business of the others.
